Relational Life Therapy: Couples

Relationships can get stuck in patterns of blame, withdrawal, or disconnection, leaving both partners feeling unheard or unsupported. Relational Life Therapy (RLT) gives couples the tools to break these cycles and create healthier, more authentic connections. In this work, partners learn to communicate with honesty and compassion, repair ruptures, and build respect and intimacy. RLT is both supportive and practical—helping couples not only understand what’s going wrong, but also practice new ways of relating that bring them closer together.

The therapist acts as a guide, creating a safe environment where both partners can express their feelings and perspectives without judgment. They encourage open communication, allowing each person to articulate their needs, desires, and frustrations. This process helps to unveil underlying issues that may not be immediately apparent.
